Sara Traficante

Therapist Intern

Sara is available to see clients in person in London on Wednesdays.

She is available for phone and online appointments on Mondays and Fridays.

Sara brings her warm and welcoming presence to the counselling sessions, seeking to nurture a  supportive environment for clients to bring their stories, challenges, and goals. With a person-centred and strengths-based approach, she works collaboratively with clients to reflect their inherent value and resilience, to promote healing and growth.

Sara’s approach stems from many years as a music teacher, with a teaching philosophy based on listening to each unique voice. She encourages her clients to nurture their own creativity. Her lifelong learning journey led her to current study in the Master of Psychospiritual Studies program at Knox College.

Always a musician, Sara enjoys playing flute and singing in choirs. You can find her walking on trails with her family and enjoying coffee with friends.
